I too switched to plain almond milk to reduce my dairy consumption. I quickly turned to making my own so I could control the contents, thus avoiding all the "fillers". It's easy! Sometimes I filter out the pulp and sometimes I don't. The pulp takes some getting used to, but I like the extra nutritional boost it provides so have adjusted to it.
